Wishbone is a black-and-white heartthrob with a show-stopping set of ears, a toy enthusiast, and a full-body, goofy wiggle machine! He's an equal parts athlete and goofball, the kind of dog who can easily turn a boring day into a fun-filled adventure. Wishbone is bright, attentive, and so ready to learn that trainers dream feels less like a compliment and more like a preview of what's coming next. He's estimated to be just over a year old and appears to be a Pittie/American bully mix. He's full grown and the perfect size, built like a true athlete, and he barely takes up a full cushion on the couch.

Wishbone loves zoomin' in the sunshine and then laying in the shade. Give him a chance to stretch his legs, show off with an initial zoomie, and then you'll have a dog who wants to roll around in the grass with his belly to the sky. His energy melts into a dog who can settle, hang out, and take in the world around him. He's confident, self-assured, and perfectly content entertaining himself with a toy, as long as you keep the toy supply well stocked and the snack budget approved. Ongoing Health

Wishbone is fully vetted, including his DAPP with booster, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccine. He has also received multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable. He has been heartworm tested and treated if needed.

• The adoption fee is $900 and includes all vetting, microchip with free lifetime registration, a Martingale collar, a health certificate, and the cost of transport.

Transporation

Wishbone is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide via our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Transport includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada. A $87 surcharge applies for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
