Meet Marshwoodgoldens. We are a family breeder with over 25 years of experience. Our Golden babies get plenty of supreme and undivided attention, since we are only breeding two females with one male. We chose to produce litters from our sire Beo and dams Essie and Rona, because they are high caliber, healthy, and the happiest doggies ever! One of our goals was to diversify the breeding lines and minimize health issues through genetic testing, medical histories, and OFA testing for hips and elbows. We are located in Central Minnesota, between Staples and Bertha (St. Cloud and Brainerd). Also on our 11-acre hobby farm are 8 chickens, a huge garden, and one pasture-fed beef steer. These dogs are friendly, obedient, water-loving, beautiful, and protective pets. Sire Beo is genetically clear of ten (Embark) genetic disorders specific to the golden retriever breed, so none of his puppies will be affected. He is a dark red field golden, whose sire was a Master Hunter. All three parents come from Field, Show, and/or Agility Championship lines.
