A little about them
Meet Amber, a joyful 4-year-old Doberman mix weighing about 55 pounds. With her striking black, amber, and white coloring, playful spirit, and goofy charm, Amber is ready to bring fun and affection to her new home.
Amber loves fetch, backyard zoomies, squeaky balls, belly rubs, and cuddling. She enjoys other dogs and loves children, though older children are recommended because her enthusiasm could accidentally knock over a little one. She prefers a calm suburban setting and is not a fan of loud noises.
Ideal Home
Amber will thrive with a dog-loving adopter who:
- Has dog experience and enjoys an active routine
- Provides a securely fenced yard for daily play and exercise
- Enjoys training and enrichment
- Lives in a relatively quiet area
- Can give her time to adjust and settle into her new family
She may pull on leash when startled by loud noises and benefits from calm leadership and confidence building.
Ongoing Health
Amber is fully vetted, vaccinated, spayed, and microchipped. A $30 health certificate fee applies.
Training & Support
Amber is crate trained, house trained, non-destructive, and great on car rides. She behaves well at the vet and groomer, especially with treats. She is smart, eager to learn, affectionate, loyal, and playful.
