Bella is a beautiful young girl with a gentle heart and so much love to give. She arrived at the shelter on April 24, 2026, and is estimated to be around 2 years old. Bella is still adjusting to shelter life and can be a little shy when meeting new people, but once she feels safe, her sweet and loving personality begins to shine. She’s learning that the world isn’t so scary and is looking for a patient family who will give her the TLC and encouragement she deserves. This smart girl already knows her commands, loves to learn, and is eager to follow direction—she truly wants to make her people proud. Bella enjoys running, playing, spending time with other dogs, and will never turn down a tasty snack. With her good looks, kind spirit, and willingness to learn, Bella has all the makings of an incredible companion. She just needs someone willing to believe in her and help her continue building confidence. In return, you’ll gain a loyal best friend who will love you with her whole heart.

Ideal Home

Bella would thrive in a home with a patient family willing to give her the encouragement she needs to build confidence. Older children are preferred.

Bella is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Bella knows her basic commands and loves to learn. She is still adjusting to shelter life, so patience and positive reinforcement will help her continue to build confidence.

Bella is currently located at the Town of Babylon Animal Shelter in Amityville, NY. We can arrange transport to approved adopters within a 100-mile radius.
