Scruffy

Scruffy is a handsome 3-year-old mix, weighing around 35 pounds. He's neutered, fully vaccinated, and ready to find his forever family! Scruffy is an affectionate and playful boy who loves to interact and make new friends. He gets along well with most dogs, and we suggest he be paired with a female companion. He's also great with adults and older children. Scruffy was rescued from a difficult situation in Tecate, where he was unfortunately abandoned and suffering from heartworm and distemper. He was very ill, but thanks to the loving care of his foster, he's now healthy, flourishing, and has so much love to give! Given his adaptability, he should learn your family's routine quickly and become part of the gang in no time. He truly deserves a warm, loving home where he can feel cherished.

Scruffy has fully recovered from heartworm and distemper.

Training & Support

Scruffy is working on his potty and leash training and will need a bit of patience as he masters these skills. He will be crate trained.
