On leash, Pippi walks at an easy pace and responds well to correction. When she's shown affection, she becomes almost giddy with enthusiasm, wiggling with joy and making you giggle every time.
Pippi is friendly and confident with other dogs. She enjoys playing with equally confident pups and does best with confident females and males overall. She has a bold play style with playful, confident dogs and responds well to structure and clear boundaries. She's not the best fit for a timid dog or one that lacks confidence to set boundaries. Pippi walks into her crate without fuss, which is a big win! She would likely thrive in a home with an active family. Her reaction to cats was mixed, so we'd love to see her in a home with a cat or two to get a better understanding of her interactions. Pippi is a bundle of big joy, big presence, and big heart, all in a medium package. She'll thrive with a little guidance and structure to channel her happy sparkle.

We facilitate nationwide adoptions using our USDA certified transport system with drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). Transport is available. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
