This beautiful soul is Mavis, She's an exquisite female shepherd, perfectly medium-sized at just 34 lbs. Despite her gentle heart, life hasn't been kind to her. She was neglected and spent much of her life tied to a tree. She ended up in a crowded pound, scared and bewildered. Because her previous owners did not take proper care of her, she's currently being treated for heartworms on slow kill method, which Artemis will continue to thoroughly fund to completion... yes, even after she's adopted so you won't have any added cost.

She is low energy and melts into you for affection. She is wonderful with both people and dogs. Mavis is full of pure gentleness and is one of those easy loving companions who makes every day feel a little warmer.
