Meet Mufasa! This handsome 3-year-old, 120lb Mastiff mix is a pure lover boy who is convinced he's a lap dog – and we're not about to tell him otherwise! He's a total goofball who loves to play with toys and play fetch. Mufasa is dog friendly and affectionate, and he walks well on a leash, enjoying long strolls with volunteers. He also loves to be brushed! This king of the jungle is ready to leave the Pridelands behind and find his forever home. We promised Mufasa that the rest of his life would be the best of his life. Mufasa is ready to be your loyal companion and would love an active home where he can get plenty of exercise and playtime.

Mufasa is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Mufasa definitely needs training and socialization, like all rescues. He is not yet house-trained.

Transporation

Mufasa is currently located in New York. We transport to the Northeast weekly. Applicants not located along the East Coast should be willing to travel to pick up their pet. We provide local or virtual meet-and-greets with an application on file.
