Hi, I'm Casper. I'm a sweet, shy boy who loves to play and get attention once I know I'm safe. My past was a bit ruff. I was lost and alone for eight months, surviving on my own until I was hit by a car and broke my hip. It healed on its own, but I'm still working on rebuilding strength in my back leg. Despite everything, I never stopped hoping for a family. My foster mom, Julie, patiently earned my trust and brought me to safety. While my original family didn't want me back, Julie says my story isn't over and that I'm still one of the sweetest dogs she's met. I'm still a bit shy at first, but once I feel safe, my goofy puppy side comes out!
