Hollyhock - In Foster!

Meet Hollyhock! She's a young, medium-sized female Cattle Dog mix with a silly smile that appears when she's excited. Hollyhock knows "sit," "stay," and "no." She's working on kennel training as she can get bored when left alone and likes to find yummy snacks! She's not a fan of cats and her prey drive can kick in if she sees one on walks. Hollyhock loves to greet you at the door and enjoys long runs, which tire her out and provide great enrichment. She's polite on the leash, though she might pull a bit when she sees another dog, but she promises to listen and calm down when asked. While shy about playing with toys in front of people, she'll happily take them to a quiet spot to play. Hollyhock prefers to potty in grassy areas.

Ideal Home

Hollyhock would thrive in a home where she can go on long runs for enrichment. She is not a fan of cats.

Ongoing Health

Hollyhock is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. She will also receive a free health exam.

Training & Support

Hollyhock is working on kennel training. She would benefit from continued leash training, especially around other dogs. She is shy about playing with toys in front of people but will play in a quiet space. She prefers grassy areas for potty breaks.
