Baku

Baku is an 8-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier and Mastiff mix who is eager to find his furever home. He's a sweet and playful boy who greets everyone with an energetic tail wag and a wiggle. Baku knows his commands, is good with other dogs, and is already potty and crate trained. His favorite things include car rides, playing fetch (he's a natural!), tug-of-war, squeaky toys, and snacks! Most of all, Baku loves being by his people's side, happily joining them wherever they go.

Ideal Home

Baku would make a wonderful companion for someone who works from home, as he thrives on companionship and would be the perfect office partner. He does experience some separation anxiety and can be vocal about it, so a home where he won't be left alone for extended periods would be ideal.

Ongoing Health

Baku is up-to-date on his vaccinations, neutered, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Baku knows his basic commands and is already house and crate trained. He can be vocal when experiencing separation anxiety, so continued positive reinforcement and a consistent routine will help him settle in.
