Condor

Hello, my name is Condor! I'm a handsome redhead with a striking mix of white, blonde, and black fur that's sure to turn heads. I love to play the hand-stacking game, and I always win! My story is one of survival and love. My mother was found pregnant in New Mexico and brought to Save-a-Bull here in Minnesota. I was born into a world of uncertainty, but thanks to some wonderful people, I had a chance to thrive. My first foster mom even tube-fed me when I had trouble eating, which is definitely not a problem now! I've since moved to a new foster home with two adult humans, two children, two dogs, and even a gecko. I'm so lucky to be surrounded by so much love! I'm working hard on my potty-training and am learning that my kennel is a great place to be, especially with tasty treats like peanut butter-filled Kongs and my favorite bone. I sleep soundly in my kennel at night with a blanket and some calming piano music. I already know how to "sit" and am practicing "sit," "stay," and "free" before every meal. I'm also hearing "off" and "down" and try my best, especially when treats are involved! I would love to attend training classes; attention, humans, dogs, and treats are my motivation! I adore my two human siblings, a 12-year-old girl and a 14-year-old boy, and I've also met and enjoyed the company of smaller children. I haven't had the pleasure of meeting a cat yet. My dog siblings, Blanche (a 6-year-old female Pitbull/Boxer mix) and Stanley (a 2-year-old male Pitbull/Weimaraner mix), are both Save-a-Bull alumni. I get along great with both, but I especially love playing with Stanley – we love to wrestle, run, and chase toys together! I'm a bit on the submissive side and will hide under tables when playtime gets too rough. I love to be in the same room as my favorite human, keeping them company, but I also love to run off and play. Cuddles and belly rubs are definitely my favorite! My dream day involves plenty of outdoor exploration, indoor playtime, naps, and endless cuddles. Squeaky toys are my absolute favorite, but I'm happy with any toy! While I have plenty of energy for play, I lean towards wanting more cuddles and snoozes. Seeing my humans in the morning or after a long day at work makes my body wiggle and my tail wag uncontrollably! I'm not picky about my forever family; all I need is love to share.

Ideal Home

I would love a family that can provide plenty of love and attention. I enjoy being around both adults and children and get along well with dogs. I haven't met cats yet.

I am working on potty-training and am learning to be comfortable in my kennel. I know "sit" and am practicing other commands like "stay," "free," "off," and "down." I am highly motivated by treats and would thrive in training classes.
