Diggie Doodlebug Hoverfluff

Diggie Doodlebug is an approximately 4-year-old Shih Tzu mix who looks like a tiny, scruffy muppet with a perfect button nose and adorable little paws. He's a sensitive soul who forms deep attachments to his people and would truly thrive in a home with children. Diggie also lives successfully with cats and can do well with calm, easygoing dogs after slow introductions. He's playful, lovable, and full of personality once he feels comfortable. Diggie's foster describes him as having a soft temperament, even in new or stressful situations. Once he trusts you, he can handle a busy lifestyle and enjoys going on adventures.

Ideal Home

Diggie would do best in a home with a secure yard as he is still working on leash confidence. He thrives with children and can do well with calm, easygoing dogs after proper introductions.

Ongoing Health

Diggie's medical needs are fully covered. This includes vaccinations, deworming, flea and heartworm prevention, spay/neuter, and a microchip.

Training & Support

Diggie is not currently leash trained but is practicing with his foster. He finds crates stressful, and his foster has found him trustworthy in the home without one. He is a relationship-first dog who needs time to settle in at his own pace.
