Bean Laker is a 4-month-old, approximately 25-pound bundle of joy who may be a Pit Bull / Staffordshire Terrier mix. He's one of the most deserving puppies in the entire US, coming from an area with critical shelter overcrowding. By choosing Bean, you're not only saving his life but also making space for another animal in need. Bean is a playful, sweet, curious, and cuddly pup who loves to play with his siblings and take plenty of naps. He lives by the motto "eat, sleep, play, repeat," a true testament to puppy life!
Ideal Home
Bean is still very young and needs a family committed to his training, socialization, and the general dedication that puppyhood requires. A family that understands that puppies learn and grow daily, shaping their personalities. Routine, structure, boundaries, and proper socialization are key from the start.
Ongoing Health
Bean is up-to-date on all his vetting, which includes DAPP with a booster, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, and flea prevention. He has also received a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. A health certificate deeming him healthy for travel is included.
Training & Support
Bean will need a family that is committed to crate training immediately upon arrival to help with potty training, energy management, and his overall development into a well-rounded adult dog.

Transporation
Bean is currently located in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our USDA-certified transport system, ensuring safe and comfortable travel for all pets. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada (with pickup options in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
