Meet Red, our longest resident and a true ray of sunshine! This handsome 4-year-old pittie mix has a smile that will light up your life. Red came to us from a rural Florida shelter that was devastated by hurricanes Helene and Milton. After 1.5 years in our care, he's still patiently waiting for his forever family. Red is an energetic and affectionate boy with an infectious zest for life. He's been a joy to have around, happily playing in the yard, running with staff, and soaking up all the love from volunteers. He's fully housetrained and a favorite for day trips and fostering! Red is happy 24/7 and his goofy antics are sure to bring a smile to your face. He tends to be a ladies' man when it comes to other dogs and people, but with slow and proper introductions, he can become friends with everyone. Transporation

Red is located in South Carolina. We transport to the northeast weekly. Applicants not located along the East Coast should be willing to travel to pick up pet. We provide local or virtual meet-and-greets with an application on file.
