Tom is a handsome 3-year-old Bully mix weighing about 45 lbs with a striking black and white coat. He was rescued from a euthanasia list at a busy shelter and has patiently waited in boarding for two years. Despite his long journey, Tom remains incredibly sweet, affectionate, and always in good spirits.
He's a calm and respectful companion in his kennel, never tearing up his belongings. But when he gets into the play yard, his playful spirit truly shines with energetic zoomies and boundless joy. Tom adores people, greets everyone with enthusiasm, and is wonderful with children.
Tom is crate trained, potty trained, and comfortable with handling, grooming, and vet visits. He enjoys the company of other dogs but is also happy to entertain himself, making him adaptable to various home environments. He would benefit from consistent leash training and a confident handler who can offer structure, as he is still learning commands and can be a bit stubborn at times.
Tom would thrive in a home with a yard where he can stretch his legs and play. He’s looking for an experienced adopter who can provide him with the structure, leadership, and love he's been patiently waiting for.
