Atlas

Atlas is a striking, sweet, and goofy two-year-old with big energy and floppy ears! He's still very much a young dog who needs exercise, structure, and continued training. He's working on not jumping and not using his mouth to show excitement, so a home without small children is best. Atlas is extremely social and thrives with other dogs; he plays hard, runs full speed, wrestles, and loves to cuddle with canine friends. Without another dog to play with, his humans will need to provide significant exercise and outlets for his energy. He sleeps quietly in a crate at night but struggles with daytime crating and will likely bark while adjusting. He can be trusted loose in the home with supervision. He's curious about small dogs and cats but shows playfulness, not prey drive. Dog-savvy cats should be fine. Atlas is also very athletic and has climbed a 4 ft fence, so a secure 6 ft fenced-in yard is optimal. Ultimately, Atlas is a loving, social, energetic dog who will thrive with guidance, activity, and ideally a playful canine companion.
