Meet Comet! Comet is a 1-year-old Standard Poodle weighing 60 pounds of pure fun and love. He's incredibly smart, loyal, athletic, and full of personality. Comet is a happy, goofy, water-loving boy who is playful, sweet, and just an all-around good pup. He's been great with other dogs, both small and large, and has also done well with cats. Be warned, he's an "in-your-face" kind of guy who loves giving hugs and being close to his people. If you want a dog that will adore you loudly and proudly, Comet is your boy!

Ideal Home

Comet would thrive in a home that understands the commitment to proper coat care and the energy needs of a Standard Poodle. Adopters must have experience with Standard Poodles or a similar high-maintenance, intelligent breed.

Ongoing Health

Comet has been neutered and vaccinated. He has only been groomed once, so he will need continued grooming practice and regular maintenance. Grooming typically costs between $125-$200 every 6 weeks, depending on coat length.

Comet knows "sit" and "gives paw." He is also crate trained.
