Red is a handsome boy with a sweet disposition. He's a bit shy at first but once he warms up, he's a happy and playful companion. Red enjoys gentle attention and a quiet environment where he can feel safe. He's looking for a patient and loving family to show him the ropes of a happy home life.
Ideal Home
Red would do best in a home that is calm and predictable. He would prefer a household without young children or other boisterous pets, as he can be easily overwhelmed. A patient adopter who can provide him with a safe space to decompress and gradually introduce him to new experiences would be ideal.
Ongoing Health
Red is up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations, is spayed or neutered, microchipped, and current on parasite prevention. He has been heartworm tested. All veterinary and microchip records will be provided.
Training & Support
Red is still learning to build his confidence. Gentle encouragement and positive reinforcement will go a long way in helping him feel secure. He may need a little time to adjust to new routines and sounds.
