He and his siblings were found abandoned and are now safe in a foster home in Austin, Texas. Sebastian might be small in stature, but he makes a big impression with his sweet and gentle nature. He's a champion snuggler who prefers quiet cuddles over boisterous play. This loving pup is happiest when curled up in your arms and is the perfect companion for anyone seeking a soft-hearted best friend.
Ideal Home
Sebastian is looking for a family who can commit to helping him grow into a confident and well-mannered adult. He's brave and social, and we believe he'll do well with children, cats, and other dogs when introduced properly. However, due to his tiny size, any resident pets should be gentle and experienced with very small dogs, and all interactions must be supervised. We are looking for a home where someone is present more often than not to help with his socialization, training, and care. If you work outside the home for more than 4 hours at a time, your application will only be considered if there is another adult in the household available to care for him during the day. In this situation, please clearly outline your puppy care plan in your application.
Ongoing Health
As his parentage is unknown, we cannot predict his final adult size or exact breed mix. Adopters should be prepared for some mystery and lots of puppy surprises!
Training & Support
Sebastian is still learning potty and crate training, as are all puppies his age. His new family should be prepared to continue consistent training with frequent potty breaks, positive reinforcement, and plenty of patience. Puppies thrive with structure, routine, and supervision, and Sebastian is no exception. He also cannot be left alone for long periods of time due to his young age.
