Blue

Hi, I'm Blue! I'm a handsome, 70-pound, blue and white pit bull with a heart full of love and a tail that wags with excitement. I'm a loyal, playful, and affectionate boy who absolutely adores cuddling and giving kisses. I'm also a very smart cookie who is eager to please, and I love learning new tricks and playing with my toys. I have a good amount of energy and gusto, so I need a home where I can get plenty of exercise and mental stimulation to keep me happy and well-behaved.

Ideal Home

I'm looking for a home with older children who understand how to be gentle with a dog my size and strength. I'm not a fan of small kids, as they can sometimes be a bit too boisterous for me. I'm also dog selective, which means I don't get along with every dog I meet. I would do best in a home where I can have a slow, proper introduction to any resident dogs, or I would be happiest as the only dog. I am definitely not a cat person.

Ongoing Health

I'm neutered, vaccinated, and heartworm negative.

Training & Support

I'm house, crate, and leash trained, but I could still use a little more practice on the leash. My eagerness to please means I'm a great candidate for continued training!

Transportation

I'm currently being fostered in Hampton, VA, but I can travel to another state for the right home.
