Mabel is the definition of resilient love 💜

At 9 years old and just 6 pounds, this tiny three-legged girl has overcome more than most ever should. When we found her, she had been hit by a car, lost a leg, was painfully thin, and had a severe eye ulcer. And yet… she chose joy. Mabel has ulcerated eyes and therefore does not have the best vision nor does she have the best hearing. She also has a heart murmur, but she is HAPPY and ready to find her forever. Mabel is happiest curled up in your lap, soaking in every bit of love she can get. Three legs have never slowed her down — she moves through life with determination and the sweetest little spirit. She bonds deeply to her person and just wants to feel safe, adored, and included. She does not love cats, but will tolerate them if they don't get in her face. She needs potty pads, or frequent visits outside (carried of course because she's a princess)

Ideal Home

Mabel deserves a quiet, devoted home that will cherish her for the rest of her years. She does not love cats, but will tolerate them if they don't get in her face.

Ongoing Health

Mabel has ulcerated eyes, which affects her vision and hearing. She also has a heart murmur.

Training & Support

Mabel needs potty pads or frequent visits outside, and should be carried when going outside.
