TIMBER*

Meet Timber! This resilient and loving pup has overcome a lot and is now ready to find his forever family. Timber arrived at the shelter with a broken leg, which was amputated. He's now a thriving tripod, full of life and longing for a secure and predictable home. A previous foster family fell head over heels for him, noting that he sleeps at their feet, nudges for attention, enjoys cheese and turkey, is great on leash, house-trained, and loves both cuddles and his alone time. Volunteers rave about his adaptability and sweet nature, describing him as gentle, a good walker, eager for affection, and friendly. Timber gets along with other dogs and would need to meet any resident pups before adoption.

Ideal Home

Timber would thrive in a home with a secure yard where he will be welcomed indoors. He needs a family that will provide him with careful observation as he settles in.

Ongoing Health

Timber is a tripod due to a past leg amputation.

Training & Support

Timber is house-trained and a good walker. He would benefit from continued crate-training to supplement his excellent indoor manners.
