Bentley

Bentley is a sweet and cuddly terrier/doodle mix boy, born on 8/1/2021. He was surrendered to us through no fault of his own and had a challenging time adjusting to his foster home. He's now on anxiety medication to help him feel more comfortable and secure. Bentley is a loving companion once he learns to trust, but he needs a patient and understanding adopter to help him come out of his shell. He enjoys playing frisbee and is a very affectionate boy once he bonds with you.

Ideal Home

Bentley thrives in a quiet home environment. He would do best with someone who works from home or is home a lot, allowing him to build trust and bond slowly. He prefers a home without small children and would do well with other animals after slow introductions.

Ongoing Health

Bentley is currently taking anxiety medication. His adoption fee of $175 includes vaccinations, microchip, neuter, and a heartworm negative test with monthly preventative.

Training & Support

Bentley is 95% potty trained and sleeps well in a kennel. He needs continued patience as he works through his anxiety and learns to trust new people. He can be a bit bossy with other animals and will benefit from continued guidance in that area.
