Rocky is a 2-year-old dog whose life has been filled with loneliness. He was found trapped in a cage on an apartment balcony in the Texas heat with a Chihuahua, with no escape from the sun and little understanding of the world beyond those bars. The only company he had was a tiny Chihuahua, both of them left to endure long, quiet days without the love every dog deserves. Rocky didn't ask for that life. Despite everything he's been through, his heart is still so incredibly full of love. Now safe at the sanctuary, Rocky has discovered what it means to finally live. He loves being part of a pack, running freely, and soaking in every bit of attention he can get. He greets everyone with excitement, trust, and a hopeful heart. Rocky has been in rescue all this time and he keeps getting overlooked. Day after day, applications come in... just never for him. He is loving, he is ready, and he deserves to be loved.
