Mork and Mindy are a devoted bonded pair of Pyrenees mixes who are ready to bring their balance, loyalty, and love to a family of their own. Mork is a handsome boy with a classic Pyrenees look and a long, coarse coat, while Mindy has a softer side with her long, soft fur and charming Golden Retriever traits that shine through in her looks and personality. This sweet duo was rescued in Tennessee after being monitored for six months. Mork had a leg wound and has since had successful ankle fusion repair surgery. They are both housebroken, leash trained, and crate trained. Mork is eager to please and highly obedient, while Mindy thrives with consistent training, bringing a Golden Retriever-esque energy. Mork is mild-mannered and easygoing, perfectly complementing Mindy's high energy, making them a great balance of activity. They are wonderful with cats and people of all ages, offering friendly hugs and kisses. Mindy prefers to be the only female dog, and Mork becomes anxious when separated from her, finding comfort only with her. They do well with children, but older kids are recommended as Mindy enjoys giving big hugs. Neither dog digs, and while Mindy is talkative, Mork is quiet and reserved. They love outdoor zoomies and indoor snuggles, with Mork enjoying brushing and Mindy loving her toys. Both adore attention, couches, beds, and sunbeams. They dislike storms, getting wet, and late meals, but gladly accept treats. Mork sleeps upside down with a silly expression, and Mindy just wants to be loved and held.
Ideal Home
A moderately active home with a 4-foot fenced yard where they are welcome on furniture. They would love plenty of family time outdoors on warm days and cozy movie nights when it's cold or rainy. Mindy prefers to be the only female dog in the home.
Ongoing Health
Mork has had successful ankle fusion repair surgery and is doing very well.
