Elsa would love a calm and loving home where she can feel safe and cherished. She enjoys gentle attention and would likely do best in a home without young children or boisterous activity.
Ongoing Health
All pets from Wags are up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, spayed or neutered, microchipped (registration included), and current on parasite prevention. Dogs over six-months of age are heartworm tested. You will receive copies of veterinary and microchip records.
Training & Support
Elsa is a well-behaved girl who is eager to learn. With a little patience and positive reinforcement, she'll be a wonderful companion.
Application Details:
- Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
- Fill out the brief Adopter Survey by hitting "Apply for Adoption" on the profile.
- After we review your completed survey, we will contact you by phone or email within three business days. Please note- Out of respect for our volunteers and staff, we are closed on Sunday and Monday and will not be processing any applications on those days.
- Please get back to us right away when we call or email regarding an application so that we can quickly connect.
- An adoption counselor and client will then have a conversation to answer questions, discuss any medical needs for the pet and determine the suitability of a match.
- After a match is made, clients will be asked to sign our adoption agreement and pay the adoption fee online through our secure payment system.
- Wags supports a 30-day no-fault return policy in which adopters are given the opportunity to find a better match. If we cannot provide advice/tools to keep a pet in the home we offer these options: Exchange for a pet that may be a better match or Receive a refund minus a $40 processing fee.
