Meet Lady and Sadie, two sweet senior girls who have been together their whole lives and are now looking for a loving home to spend their golden years. They are a bonded pair and would love to stay together if at all possible. Lady is an 8-year-old Black Lab mix who is spayed, housebroken, and great with dogs and children of all ages. She is a very sweet and friendly girl who has been a loyal companion for 8 years. Lady enjoys being around people and other dogs and has a gentle, loving personality. While she does have cataracts, her current family is unable to afford corrective care. She may dig if chasing something outside, but she has never shown any aggression or bitten anyone. Sadie is also 8 years old and is a large mixed breed who is the cherished companion to Lady. These two girls have been cherished family pets their entire lives, but their owners are getting older and downsizing, making it difficult to care for them.

Ideal Home

Lady and Sadie would thrive in a home that can provide them with love and companionship through their senior years. Lady has a tendency to dig when outdoors and will chase cats.

Ongoing Health

Lady has cataracts, but her current family is unable to afford corrective care. They are currently eating Purina Healthy Weight and have received care through Saucier Veterinary Hospital.

Training & Support

Lady is housebroken. She may dig if chasing after something outside.
