Gina is an 8-month-old spayed female Belgian Malinois mix, weighing 56lbs. She was found as a tiny puppy abandoned by the side of a busy road. Despite a rough start, Gina is now in a loving foster home and ready to find her forever family! She's a sweet and playful pup who enjoys the company of other dogs. Gina loves to play tug-of-war with her smaller foster siblings and will often initiate play. While she can be a bit hesitant around unfamiliar, larger dogs due to a past negative experience, she lives harmoniously with dogs both under 15 lbs and over 75 lbs in her foster home. She is too enthusiastic around cats, so a cat-free home is recommended.

Ideal Home

Gina would thrive in an active home with someone who will play with her daily. She would do best with older, dog-savvy children (10 and up) as she can be jumpy when excited and is unaware of her size. A home with another dog is recommended to keep her company and help her expend her puppy energy.
