Link

Link is a very special pup who is blind and has some neurological differences. He's a medium-sized Australian Shepherd/Border Collie mix who is still growing. Adjusting to a new home will take time and patience, as he may act out of fear and sometimes has night terrors. He'll need to get familiar with his new person's scent and voice to feel secure. Despite his challenges, Link has an amazing, loving personality! He especially loves belly rubs and treats (his two favorite things!). He knows his crate is a safe space and feels comfortable there. He also enjoys running and playing in the yard. Link will be a bit of work for the right individual, but helping him blossom will be incredibly rewarding.

Ideal Home

We are looking for a special person or couple who has experience with blind dogs and is willing to work with Link. He is very fearful of other animals and would do best in a home with only adult humans and a securely fenced yard.

Ongoing Health

Link is a blind neuro boy. He occasionally experiences night terrors. He is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Link will require patience and understanding as he adjusts to his new environment. He may act out in fear and will need time to learn to trust and feel secure with his new person. His crate is a safe place for him.
