COPPER

Hi there! I'm Copper, a 2-year-old, 46-pound bundle of love, just waiting for my forever home. I had a tough start, found wandering and underweight, but thanks to the kindness of strangers and the wonderful people here, I've come a long way! I can be a little shy with new faces, but give me a moment to warm up, and you'll see my playful, silly, and loving side shine through. My silky ears are just begging for pets!

Ideal Home

I'd love a home where my new family understands that I can be a little nervous at first. I might do well with another dog, so a meet-and-greet with your resident canine is a must! I also think I could be a great companion for older children who will be gentle and respect my space.

Ongoing Health

I'm currently waiting for my neuter surgery before I can head to my forever home.

Training & Support

While I'm still learning to trust everyone completely, I'm making great progress! I'm a quick learner and eager to please, especially when treats are involved. Patience and gentle encouragement will go a long way in helping me feel secure and confident.
