TOMMY HOPE LOWER FEE!

Tommy is a 3-year-old, 40-pound Terrier Mix with a spirit that's slowly but surely coming back to life! He's a pretty chill guy who doesn't seem to let a lot phase him. Tommy has been through a lot, arriving at the shelter with severe pressure sores on his hips and significantly underweight. Thanks to our amazing vet team, a generous donor, and our dedicated animal care staff, Tommy has gained weight, his sores are nearly healed, and his sweet disposition is shining through. He loves to "talk" when he wants attention or a treat!

Ideal Home

Tommy enjoys yard time and doesn't mind sharing a play yard with other dogs or children. He takes treats gently and walks wonderfully on a leash. A comfy bed is a must for him to help with his hips.

Ongoing Health

Tommy has a history of severe pressure sores on his hips, which are now almost healed. He enjoys having a thick blanket or comfy bed to sleep on.

Training & Support

While not 100% potty trained, Tommy is very good about using the outdoor area of his run. He loves to "talk" to communicate his needs and desires.
