Freckles is a handsome and happy 5-year-old pit bull mix weighing 77 pounds. He has a big personality and a love for adventure! Freckles is strong, playful, and ready to find his forever home. He has plenty of energy and loves staying active. His favorite game is tug of war, and he never says no to a good chase-the-ball session (he's still working on the "bring it back" part!). He enjoys going for walks, chewing on his favorite toys, and riding in the car - especially when it means new sights and smells to explore. This smart boy is crate trained, completely housebroken, and takes his job as "home alert system" seriously - he'll let you know when someone's approaching, but he's not an over-barker.

Ongoing Health

All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination.

Training & Support

Freckles is super-smart and very food motivated, so training is easy as long as it is consistent. He's currently working with a trainer to help tone down his alpha energy when playing with other pups and is making great progress.
