Meet Andy, a delightful 2-year-old Retriever mix who's about 50-55 lbs of pure joy! Andy's story began in Texas, where he and his siblings were sadly abandoned. Thankfully, they were rescued and brought to safety. With stability and love, Andy has blossomed into a wonderful, affectionate dog ready for his forever home. He's house-trained, crate-trained, and a true gentleman at home. While he might be a little shy at first with new people, his kind and loving personality will shine through once he feels comfortable. Andy thrives on routine, companionship, and being part of the family fun, whether it's going for walks, playing with friends, or just relaxing nearby. He walks nicely on leash, takes treats gently, and is eager to please.
Ideal Home
Andy would thrive in a calm, loving environment where he can continue to grow. His dream home would include another dog to be his best friend, as he absolutely loves playing with other pups and truly lights up around them. A yard would be a bonus, but his biggest requirement is love, consistency, and a canine buddy. Homes with children 10 years and over are recommended.
Ongoing Health
Andy is currently in good health.
Training & Support
Andy is already house-trained and crate-trained. He walks nicely on leash and is eager to please. He may be a little shy initially with new people, but he warms up with patience and kindness.
