Callaway

Hi, I'm Callaway! I'm a shy but cuddly adult male dog, a delightful mix of Chihuahua and Dachshund, who's looking for a patient and loving home. I was rescued from a commercial breeding facility along with many other dogs and am now learning what it's like to be a cherished companion. It's a big change, but with the care I'm receiving, I'm slowly discovering how wonderful life can be. I'm ready to shine in my forever home!

Ideal Home

A fenced-in yard is preferred to keep me safe, as I can be a bit of a flight risk and tend to bolt. It would also be wonderful if there was at least one other animal in the home, as I'm accustomed to having canine companions.

Ongoing Health

I am up-to-date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

I am house-trained. As I am still adjusting to life as a companion dog, I would benefit from a patient family who can help me continue to gain confidence and learn new things.
