Meet Buddy Holly! This 5-year-old Lab mix is just as iconic in personality as his namesake. Buddy Holly is a neutered male with a heart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging. He’s incredibly dog-friendly and absolutely adores people. Whether he’s making new human friends or running around the yard with his four-legged crew, Buddy is all about having a good time. His favorite hobbies include outdoor play, soaking up sunshine, and being the life of the party.

Ongoing Health

Buddy Holly is neutered. All vetting, including DAPP, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, flea prevention, heartworm testing and prevention, and micro-chipping, is covered by the adoption fee.

Training & Support

Buddy Holly is well-socialized and has had many hours spent with him to bring him out of his shell. He has received behavioral and medical care, including socialization through playgroups and one-on-one bonding time. He has also been worked on with leash training and basic commands. Understanding that he is a rescue animal and may require continued training efforts is important.

Transportation

Buddy Holly is located in Angleton, Texas. He can be transported to VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, WA, & OH. Our transport buses are equipped with air conditioning for comfort, two drivers, and two onboard attendants providing 24-hour care. You will be able to follow along on his journey through a private Facebook Event page. Your adoption coordinator will help find the closest transport pick-up location to you.
