Stanley is a 2-year-old, 70lb, neutered, and chipped bundle of love looking for his forever family. He has a wonderfully outgoing personality and truly wants to be everyone's friend! Stanley had a tough start, having been abandoned and left alone for nearly two weeks. Thankfully, a kind foster stepped in, and he's now on his way to a brighter future. He adores spending time with people and enjoys playing with both big and small dogs. While he loves to play, he can get a bit too excited around smaller dogs, so he's still learning how to tone down his playful exuberance.
Ideal Home
Stanley would thrive in a home that is ready for a big, enthusiastic dog full of love. He enjoys the company of other dogs but needs a family that understands he can be a little too boisterous for very small dogs.
Ongoing Health
Stanley is neutered and microchipped. No other ongoing health concerns were noted in his listing.
Training & Support
Stanley is a smart and eager learner! He already knows how to sit and is making great progress with crate training, mastering 'wait' and 'stay,' leash walking, and general good manners. He's a quick study and is improving daily. He also enjoys chew toys, healthy snacks like carrots and broccoli, walks in any weather, and playing with ice cubes. One thing to note is that Stanley doesn't quite grasp personal space and loves to be close to his loved ones.
