Meet Murphy!

This handsome six-and-a-half-year-old Boxer/American Pitbull Terrier mix is a delightful 65-pound bundle of curiosity and affection. Murphy is a high-energy boy who loves long walks, has plenty of room to run, and can't resist a good cheese treat! He enjoys being close to his people and is always up for an adventure, especially if it involves a car ride, a chewy bone, or a game of fetch. While he's generally confident, he can be a little cautious with new things, but with a little patience and encouragement, he warms up quickly.

Ideal Home

Murphy would thrive in an active and structured environment with an experienced guardian who understands large, energetic breeds. A securely fenced yard or ample space to roam would be ideal. He enjoys a consistent routine, including regular meals, walks, and crate-trained for restful nights.

Training & Support

Murphy is house-trained, knows commands like "sit," "stay," and "come," and is eager to please. He gets along well with other dogs and has shown he can be a great companion to younger pups. While he's generally well-behaved, he does have a penchant for digging occasionally and enjoys chewing on bones. Positive reinforcement and continued learning opportunities will help him blossom into his confident, joyful self.
