Guapo

Meet Guapo, a stunning 2-year-old German Shepherd/Australian Shepherd mix with a heart full of loyalty and a mind ready for adventure! Guapo is a well-trained, affectionate, and confident boy who has been raised with love since he was a pup. He's a pro at commands, fully house and crate-trained, and enjoys everything from agility and puzzle toys to a good game of fetch or a thrilling bike-joring session. Once he's had his exercise, Guapo is a calm and loving companion, happy to relax near his favorite people. He's great with adults and enjoys the company of school-aged children, and he's unfazed by bikes, scooters, and skateboards.

Ideal Home

Guapo would thrive in an active, experienced home with owners who understand and appreciate working breeds. A house with a secure yard and owners who love an active lifestyle would be perfect for him. He would do best as the only dog in the household, as he is currently working through leash reactivity with other dogs.

Ongoing Health

Guapo is neutered, fully vaccinated, and in excellent health.

Training & Support

Guapo knows approximately 30 commands and is a quick learner. He is currently undergoing desensitization and counter-conditioning for leash reactivity towards other dogs and would benefit from an owner committed to continuing this training. He is not a candidate for off-leash dog parks or group play settings at this time.
