Meet Piroulin! This adorable black-and-tan Chihuahua mix is a tiny guy with a big personality, and he's just 7 months old and about 13-14 pounds. He's already fixed and vaccinated, and he's eager to find his forever home. Piroulin is currently with his foster family but can absolutely come to the shelter to meet approved adopters. Like many small dogs, he can be a little shy at first and takes his time warming up to new people, especially men. He tends to bond more quickly with women. Once he feels safe and comfortable, his sweet and loyal nature truly shines through.
