Goldie Golden is a beautiful, quiet, and emotionally gentle dog who watches the world before deciding to trust it. Once she trusts, she fits in like she's always belonged. She's not exactly cuddly but tolerates affection calmly. Goldie is for someone who believes in the quiet magic of trust being earned and finds joy in slow, meaningful connections. She may not seek affection upfront, but her relaxed body, soft glances, and tail wags from across the room are special signs of her growing trust.

Ideal Home

Goldie would do best with calm, respectful dogs who are content sharing a home without expecting constant friendship or play. She could also thrive as the only dog. She enjoys peaceful companionship and finding joy in a slow, meaningful connection.

Ongoing Health

Goldie is believed to be approximately 4 years old and weighs around 50 lbs. She is a pittie mix, but breed and age cannot be guaranteed.

Training & Support

Goldie is not destructive, is fully potty trained, and crate trained (she truly loves her crate as her safe place). She has wonderful house manners and is incredibly mellow and low energy. She is easy to live with and doesn't add stress to a home; she absorbs it.

We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue-run USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pick-up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). A $87 surcharge applies for transport.
