Maximus is a handsome Lab/mixed breed mix, about 14 months old and weighing 66 pounds. He's a smart, loyal, and brave boy who's always ready for an adventure! Maximus is a social and playful dog who enjoys romping with other dogs and investigating new toys. He is deeply loyal and eager to connect with his people, and he's discovering the simple joy of being a happy dog again. Maximus will be your loyal sidekick, enthusiastic hiking partner, determined couch protector, and best friend. He was surrendered after a dog attack, but he bravely fought through his recovery and is now fully healed, neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations.

Maximus is currently located in Houston, TX. Transport is available to locations near you via air-conditioned/heated vans with a team of drivers. You will be included in a group chat to track your dog's journey in real time, with updates on their location and estimated arrival time. Dogs on transport will stop for necessary breaks, and will be crated for safety.
