Meet Luca, a handsome Aussie mix with an estimated age of 2 years and weighing in at 33 lbs. Luca's journey started with a difficult beginning; he was found abandoned at an oil field. Despite this rough start, Luca has blossomed into one of the sweetest and most loving dogs you'll ever meet. His favorite activity is being by your side, soaking up all the affection and companionship you can offer. He's a smart boy who is eager to learn and just needs a patient human to help him continue building his confidence. Luca also gets along wonderfully with other dogs and would be thrilled to have a canine sibling, but he'd also be perfectly content as your one and only furry friend. He's doing well in his crate and is making great progress with his leash skills. Luca is looking for a loving, forever home where he'll never have to wonder where he belongs again.

Luca would thrive in a home where he can be close to his people, receiving plenty of affection. He gets along well with other dogs, so a canine companion could be a great addition to his life, though he's also happy to be the sole focus of attention.
