Maiya is a lovely Boxer X Bulldog mix who weighs 48 lbs and has an estimated birthday of March 13, 2024. She's a gentle and easy-going girl who has spent a lot of her life caring for others. Maiya was a stray who was rescued and shown the joys of having a full belly, a soft bed, and love. She recently raised three beautiful puppies who have all found their forever homes, and now Maiya is hoping it's finally her turn. Everyone who meets her says she's one of the sweetest girls around, and she's especially wonderful with little ones. She had a delightful introduction to a one-year-old child, and they shared a sweet, curious bond. Maiya loves being around people, soaking up affection, and going for walks. She has excellent leash manners and will happily be by your side, exploring the neighborhood or enjoying a park stroll, day or night. Maiya isn't asking for much – just a loving family, a cozy place to rest her head, and someone to remind her that her days of being a stray are over forever. Transporation
Maiya is located in Houston, TX. Transport is included in the adoption fee and can be coordinated to Eastern states weekly, and to Western states bi-weekly or monthly. Pickup locations may vary, including to nearby towns or states. Adopters can track the transport van using the Life360 app and will receive updates. Facebook chats are also available for transport updates.
