Ideal Home
Lola would thrive in a home that offers a calm and steady environment. She has shown that she can comfortably coexist with a 12-year-old boy and even a cat, demonstrating her ability to be a well-adjusted member of a household. She doesn't require constant supervision and understands how to be a good house dog.
Ongoing Health
Lola is up-to-date on her vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. She has also been tested for heartworms.
Training & Support
Lola is described as incredibly easy and moves comfortably between activity and rest. She's happy to join in on walks or backyard adventures but is just as content to settle near her people. She doesn't need constant entertainment and is affectionate without being over the top. With other dogs, she prefers coexistence over play and can easily share space with calm dogs who aren't looking to wrestle. She communicates her boundaries clearly and appropriately.

Transporation
Lola is currently in a foster home in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue-run USDA-certified transport system. This system ensures safe and comfortable travel for all pets, with 24/7 care throughout their journey. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. For Canadian adopters, pick-up is available in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. You will have the opportunity to track your pet's journey in real time, receive photo updates, and connect with fellow adopters and fosters through a private Facebook event page. An $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
