Meet Dexter – a sweet, spirited boy with a heart full of love and a nose for adventure! Born around September 28th, 2021, Dexter is a loyal companion who once had a home but now is ready to find a family that matches his zest for life. Dexter is housetrained, social, and full of playful energy. He's bold and free-spirited, with a deep desire to always be near his people—or a canine buddy. Being alone isn’t his style; he thrives when he has a companion, whether it's a human or another dog. For Dexter, love means closeness, and he’ll happily follow you from room to room just to stay connected. He's microchipped, fully vaccinated, and heartworm negative.

Ideal Home

Dexter would thrive in an active home with a family who enjoys hikes, outdoor adventures, or simply lots of time together. He MUST be in a home with another playful dog.

Ongoing Health

Dexter is microchipped, fully vaccinated, and heartworm negative. He receives regular heartworm medication, flea and tick treatment, and deworming medication.

Training & Support

Dexter is housetrained and social. He thrives with companionship and will be happiest in a home where he is not left alone for long periods.
