Easton bonded with Arlo

Easton and Arlo are approximately 9-month-old Dachshund/Chihuahua mixes who are looking for a home together. They came to us from a difficult situation where their owner passed away, and they had to leave their home with very little notice. They've experienced a lot of change, including losing their home and their 98 dog siblings, moving between shelters, and finally arriving in a foster home. Initially, they were very scared and slow to warm up, but with time and patience, Easton has started to wag his tail, and Arlo's tail has begun to relax. They are smart, terrific car riders, and have shown they can be good with other dogs, cats, and children. Arlo is a bit of a "dumpster diver," and Easton is protective of his food, especially from Arlo, indicating they are very food-motivated. These sweet boys need a patient and loving home where they can continue to grow and blossom together.

Transporation

Animals are kept at the shelter and in foster homes. We can identify if the animal of interest is in foster care. Our shelter is located at 1113 NW Knox St, Blue Springs, MO 64015.
