Taki

Taki is a distinguished four-year-old Retriever mix who weighs about 42 pounds. He arrived as a stray and has since become a master of chill. Taki is the epitome of a gentleman, happy to go with the flow and enjoy whatever comes his way. He walks beautifully on a leash, already knows how to sit, and loves a good leisurely stroll. When he's not exploring, he's likely napping and dreaming of his perfect forever home. Taki is good with other dogs but appreciates his personal space, so a canine companion who understands his independent spirit would be ideal. He also has a flair for fashion and looks absolutely dapper in a bowtie! Taki has been with us for a while now and is eagerly awaiting his chance to shine in a loving home.

Ideal Home

Taki would do best in a home with another dog who respects his need for space. Potential adopters should be aware that Taki is a tall dog and can easily jump a fence if left unattended in a yard.

Ongoing Health

Taki is heartworm positive. He can live a happy and healthy life with the proper treatment.

Training & Support

Taki already knows how to sit and walks well on a leash. He's an independent fellow who appreciates his own space.

Transporation

Taki is currently located in Biloxi, Mississippi. Transport is available to CT, GA, MD, NJ, NY, PA, TN, and VA. Adopters will meet at a designated location to pick up their new companion.
