Now, this happy, thriving pup is ready to find the forever family he's been waiting for. At just 1 year old and weighing in at 41lbs, Chuck is everything you'd expect from a young Blue Heeler mix. He's curious, energetic, incredibly intelligent, and always ready for his next adventure. He bonds quickly with his people and is the kind of dog who will happily become your loyal sidekick through every adventure. Chuck loves to stay busy, whether it's hiking, playing fetch, learning new tricks, exploring the neighborhood, or simply following his favorite people from room to room. He's happiest when he's included. After an active day, Chuck is more than happy to curl up for snuggles with his favorite humans.

He'll thrive with consistency, positive reinforcement, and a family that enjoys working with such a smart breed. He would love a family that enjoys staying active, whether it's hiking, running, obedience, agility, or simply daily walks and interactive games. Chuck is dog-friendly and enjoys having canine friends to wrestle and play with. He'd be happy to have another playful dog in his forever home, though it's not a requirement as long as he gets plenty of exercise, enrichment, and socialization. We do not know how he does with cats.
