Patty & Selma (bonded pair)

Meet Patty and Selma, two sweet sisters who found themselves alone and scared but are now ready to find their forever family. These approximately 1-year-old girls were found abandoned and, after a period of uncertainty, were brought to safety. Initially timid, Patty and Selma quickly revealed their true loving and affectionate natures, finding comfort and confidence in each other's company. Their bond is so strong that they must be adopted together. Patty weighs around 16.5 lbs and Selma around 21.5 lbs, and they are suspected to be Puggle mixes, likely remaining under 25 lbs as adults.

Ideal Home

Patty and Selma would thrive in a patient and understanding home with adopters experienced with dogs. They do best in a relatively calm, low-key environment and would prefer a home without cats. Older, respectful children who understand how to give them space may be a good fit. A securely fenced yard would be wonderful, but they could also adapt to apartment living with adequate exercise and enrichment.

Ongoing Health

Patty and Selma are spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative, and on monthly preventatives.

Training & Support

These girls will need continued guidance with house training, leash skills, confidence building, and general manners. Their new family should be prepared to invest time, patience, and consistency to help them continue to blossom.

Transporation

Patty and Selma are currently located in Texas. Transportation to their adopters is included in the adoption fee once the adoption process is finalized. Adopters will not be able to meet them in person prior to adoption.
